Red Bank Catholic High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Physical Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction to promote physical fitness, wellness and healthy lifestyles among students, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students in their physical and mental development. Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, teaching a variety of physical activities and sports, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance curriculum development. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a desire to create cutting edge interdisciplinary units, have knowledge of physical fitness and wellness and must be highly motivated in coaching and athletics.
All applicants should possess either high school or middle school teaching experience. A valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate for Health and Physical Education and Driver Education Certification is preferred.
The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
