What Youโ€™ll Be Doing
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records and reports
  • Document medication administration and related activities
  • Follow all medication management policies and procedures
  • Record resident medical information and vital signs as needed
  • Monitor and document self-administration of medications by residents
  • Order and re-order medications, supplies, and equipment, partnering with pharmacies and families
  • Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • One (1) or more years of experience as a Medication Technician in an Assisted Living community
  • Arizona State Caregiver Certification through Direct Care
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • A valid fingerprint clearance card
  • A current food handlerโ€™s card
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
