Rogue Community Health has a exciting opportunity for an experienced School Health Program Director. This leadership position is responsible for all activities within Rogue Community Healthโ€™s school based health centers, including direct supervision of assigned personnel and volunteers, full responsibility for financial and operational requirements, and ensuring the smooth operation of school based health center services, facilities, and Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) project requirements.
Our ideal candidate will encompass our core values of respect, integrity, compassion, honesty, and community, have management and supervisory experience in a medical clinic, and have the ability to support our PCMH model of health and wellness services. Priority will be given to candidates who demonstrate strong analytical, budgeting, and personnel management skills.
Our expectation is a team player who is committed to our mission, professional in appearance and manner with a positive attitude, effective and respectful communication skills including conflict resolution, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while utilizing excellent time management skills. This position is expected to travel to multiple sites regularly. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, credit check, and drug screen.

EDUCATION: Undergraduate degree in a health-related field required. Masterโ€™s in public health, mental health, or nursing desirable.
EXPERIENCE: Two years as a team or program manager required.
