Full-Time Occupational Therapist

Location: Asbury Normandie Ridge | York, PA

Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team at Asbury Normandie Ridge in York, Pennsylvania.

This could be a great fit for an OT who enjoys working with older adults and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative therapy team. At Benchmark, we believe therapists do their best work when they feel trusted, respected, and able to focus on thoughtful, individualized care.

What You’ll Do
  • Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Help residents maintain or improve independence with daily activities, mobility, safety, cognition, and adaptive equipment
  • Support residents in staying active, confident, and involved in the routines that matter most to them
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with the care team to support each resident’s goals, dignity, and quality of life
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive therapy environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license in good standing
  • A genuine interest in working with older adults
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
