- Base rate increases based of years of experience as CNA

Job Description
- Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activities, and social programs.
- Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to Charge Nurse.
- Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.
- Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures, as instructed.
- Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or combination of school and experience.
- Active CNA license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Current CPR certification.
