Job description

Adecco is hiring Silkscreen Operators for a leading manufacturer in the Pierceton, IN area!

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $19.42/hr
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $21.75/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Operate silkscreen, pad printing, and digital imaging equipment

  • Mix inks, prepare screens, and inspect finished products

  • Read blueprints and follow work instructions

  • Maintain quality standards and production documentation

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous silkscreen or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to read blueprints and distinguish colors accurately

Pay Details: $19.45 to $21.75 per hour
