Trelleborg is an ISO 13485 certified manufacturer of custom silicone components and parts for the medical device industry. Our specialties include silicone extrusion, molding, sheeting and closed cell sponge/foam. At the Elk Rapids, MI facility, our specialties include silicone dipping, and heat shrink.

Trelleborg Michigan currently has openings for Production Operators.
Hours: Monday thru Thursday
  • 1st Shift: 4:30am-3:00pm at $19.00/ per hour
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-1:00am at $19.00/ per hour + $2.00/ per hour shift differential.

Essential Functions:
  • Washes and racks product.
  • Packages and seals bags of product
  • Maintains lot separation and trace-ability.
  • Ensures work area and equipment are clean and safe.
  • Uses Lean Enterprise methods to reduce waste and complexity in all processes.
  • Performs duties in cross-trained areas, as required.
  • Assists in the mixing of material.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
