Executive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
Rubber & Silicone Products has been a manufacturer of various rubber and silicone products for over 60
years. We are looking for a dependable individual who is willing to learn various office duties.
We are willing to train the right person.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 7:45 am to 4:15 pm.
JOB RESPONSIBITIES:
• Filing paperwork as necessary
• Entering customer order and shipping product to customers
• Sending purchase orders to different vendor
• Following up with vendors on status of order
• Updating customers on status of orders
• Answering phone along with talking to customers
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong organization skills
• Previous experience with Excel and Word
• Previous experience with FedEx and UPS
