THE WORK We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director to join the Sikorsky Quality team.

As the Sikorsky Program Quality and Supplier Quality Director, you will report directly to the Director of Sikorsky Quality with responsibility for Program and Supplier Quality execution and alignment to the requirements of the various Sikorsky market segments, program managers and business operations. You will be accountable for integration of Quality Management System performance elements throughout the business including deriving requirements, supply chain management operations, program impact and execution alignment, mitigation of risk, and workforce planning throughout the full lifecycle of contract execution. You will proactively work to ensure Sikorsky programs are supported by the quality functional infrastructure providing clarity, alignment and movement toward performance goals and project milestones.

WHO YOU ARE You are a seasoned quality leader with extensive experience in program and supplier quality management within aerospace or a related industry. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at aligning strategic objectives with operational execution. Your qualifications include: Proven success in leading cross-functional teams to meet quality goals.

Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and industry compliance standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Expertise in program/project planning and management of cost, schedule, risk and resources on both domestic and international contracts.

Strong understanding of government laws and regulations, including FAR/DFAR, DCMA and DLA. Proven track record in driving flawless execution, managing budgets and EVM, and achieving year over year improvement in affordability and cost efficiency. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead large, diverse teams and manage subordinate managers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to seek out and learn from unfamiliar experiences. Experience in introducing innovative technological advancements and modernizing processes, tools and technology to increase productivity and efficiency.

Desired Skills Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
