THE WORK
This Quality Supervisor (QS) position supporting the Stratford Final Assembly (CAFO) located in Stratford, CT.
The QS is responsible for all aspects of quality supervision of inspection personnel for the H-60 helicopter programs.
The position will report to the CAFO Quality Asc Manager in the RMS Sikorsky line of business.
The candidate will provide leadership to hourly personnel as appropriate supporting the Sikorsky Quality organization.
The QS will provide leadership through identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives in these areas that support the Quality Organization's key performance measurements, vision and strategy.
Managing collaboration efforts with DCMA for contract statement of work compliance to the quality management system, non-conforming material, and corrective actions
Managing the grievance escalation process as appropriate.
Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the Local 1150
Manage the training scheduling of the hourly associates.
Managing metrics detailing hourly work force labor hour activities.
Supporting the execution and achievement of all applicable Lockheed Martin, RMS and RMS Sikorsky business objectives.
