  • Map current- and future-state processes (value-stream mapping, process flowcharts) to identify waste and opportunities.

  • Implement pilot solutions on the shop floor; create standard work, checklists, and visual controls.

  • Support handoff and scaling of successful pilots; train and coach operators and supervisors.

  • Monitor sustainment activities (audits, Gemba walks, control plans) to ensure improvements stick.

  • Document lessons learned, update CI backlog, and report outcomes (time / cost / quality / safety).

  • Work will primarily occur on 1st shift, while occasionally also supporting 2nd

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Do you have a Bachelor degree and 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.)?
