Job Summary

Are you seeking consistent miles, newer equipment, and reliable home time? 365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35) and is hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals based in the Charlotte, NC area. We provide 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits to support drivers on the road and at home.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
  • Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
  • Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
  • Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective after 30 days.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).

  • Experience (Experienced Route): Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
  • Trainees (Entry-Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor and full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 are available.
