Job Title: Graphic Designer
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Work Location: Cleveland, OH (hybrid)
Working Hours: 25 HRS/Week
Note: Working Hours: 25 HRS/Week
• Part-time with a set number of hours per week (to be defined during interview)
• General availability during standard business hours, with an agreed-upon earliest start and latest end time
Job Description
The Graphic Designer will function as an embedded, part-time member of the Marketing Hub Americas team, supporting both day-to-day and high-visibility design needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Designing marketing and sales materials such as PowerPoint presentations, templates, brochures, and digital assets
• Creating executive-level and customer-facing visuals aligned with Client brand guidelines
• Translating messaging and concepts into clear, compelling visual layouts
• Collaborating closely with marketing and sales stakeholders as a consistent, embedded resource
• Ensuring all materials meet Client branding, confidentiality, and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); PowerPoint expertise is essential
• Experience creating executive-level and customer-facing materials
• Ability to manage work independently while collaborating with a distributed team
• Prior experience in an industrial, engineering, or B2B environment is highly preferred
• Prefer to be fluent in English and Spanish
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and / or Communications Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Approximately 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
Contractor must be willing to sign an NDA if hired.
