Position Summary

This is a full-time contract position with no defined contract end date. The individual selected for this opportunity will be engaged through a staffing agency and assigned to support FirstCash marketing initiatives. This is not a direct employee position with FirstCash Holdings, Inc  

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Contract) to support the company’s U.S. Field Operations marketing initiatives across retail store locations throughout the United States. This role is heavily focused on retail in-store marketing and requires an individual who understands how to create impactful customer-facing materials designed to drive traffic, increase conversion, and support promotional campaigns in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong design fundamentals, advanced production knowledge, and hands-on experience developing retail marketing materials including point-of-sale signage, promotional displays, window graphics, direct mail, and print-on-demand assets. This individual must thrive in a high-volume corporate marketing environment and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict brand standards and production accuracy.

This position is dedicated exclusively to supporting U.S. Field Operations and retail store marketing initiatives. This is an in-office position based at the corporate office in Fort Worth, Texas. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce high-impact retail marketing materials including:
    • In-store signage
    • Promotional campaign graphics
    • Window displays and large-format graphics
    • Sales tags and pricing collateral
    • Flyers, banners, posters, and directional signage
    • Print-on-demand marketing assets
    • Digital screens and in-store digital advertising
    • Operational and compliance signage
  • Support U.S. Field Operations through the development of customer-facing marketing materials for retail store locations nationwide.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Print Vendors, and Field Leadership teams to execute national and regional campaigns.
  • Support the development and execution of seasonal retail promotions including major sales events, holiday campaigns, and promotional rollouts.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork with complete understanding of:
    • CMYK color models
    • Bleeds, crop marks, and fold marks
    • Large-format printing specifications
    • Paper stocks and finishing techniques
    • Offset and digital print production
  • Maintain strict brand consistency across all customer-facing materials.
  • Develop creative concepts optimized for retail environments and customer engagement.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Review proofs and production files for quality assurance and print accuracy.
  • Work directly with print vendors and production partners to troubleshoot design and production issues.
  • Assist with ongoing updates and improvements to centralized marketing and print-on-demand systems.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience required.
  • Extensive experience in retail in-store marketing is required.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating retail promotional campaigns and print production work.
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Typography
    • Layout design
    • Visual hierarchy
    • Grid systems
    • Retail customer engagement strategies
  • Experience designing for multi-location retail environments preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven corporate environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with commercial printers and production vendors preferred.
  • Knowledge of large-format graphics, signage systems, and print finishing techniques is highly preferred.

  • Experience working within a corporate retail marketing department.
