Job description

Job Description
About the Opportunity
We are looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial independent sales contractors to build and own their territory in the Las Vegas Metro Area.
This is a true partnership. We back you up with dedicated training, strategic support, our proprietary tech platform, and a catalog of thousands of top-selling products. You bring the hustle and the execution to close the sales.
Who We Sell To
Basically, if a business is independently owned and sells Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), we want to work with them. Examples of independent stores we work with include:
  • Convenience stores
  • Mom-and-pop shops / Bodegas
  • Gas stations
  • Liquor stores
  • Smoke shops
  • And several more!

As long as you can get in touch with the decision-maker, we can work with them. (Note: We do not work with any corporate-owned or massive chains like Walmart, Target, etc.)
What You'll Do Every Day
  • Drive, Walk In, & Pitch: Drive your local territory and visit independent retailers. Whether you have a scheduled meeting or you are walking in cold, you will navigate past the counter and pitch the RepRally platform directly to the decision-maker.
  • Call & Prospect: Hit the phones to build your pipeline, prospect your territory, and set appointments with independent store owners.
  • Use the Tech: Keep track of your leads in our system, secure orders directly through our mobile app right from the aisle, or seamlessly sign stores up on our web portal so they can place their own orders.
  • Drive Residual Volume: Secure the initial sale and actively manage the relationship as an independent consultant to drive continuous, high-volume re-orders from your accounts.

Qualifications We're Looking For
  • Sales Grit: Whether you have years of experience in route delivery, a background in fast-paced outside sales (like door-to-door or direct B2B), or you just have a relentless willingness to learn-we want to talk to you.
  • Fearless & Persistent: You eat rejection for breakfast. You are completely comfortable being told "no," walking into a store cold, getting past the counter, and being relentlessly persistent in your follow-ups.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: You don't need a manager breathing down your neck. You are a self-starter who thrives on building and owning a book of business.
  • Tech-Comfortable: Ready to run your pipeline and place digital orders right from your smartphone, through the RepRally app.
  • The Basics: Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a smartphone with an active data plan.

Compensation & Perks
Your payout structure includes lucrative ongoing bonuses and uncapped commission designed to support you as you build your independent book of business. Earnings are calculated weekly and paid out bi-weekly.
  • Target Earnings: Top reps earn $750+ to $3,000+ every single week.
  • Performance Bonus: Earn up to a $375 weekly bonus based on how close you get to a $5,000 weekly sales milestone.
  • Market Penetration Bonus: Earn a flat $375 weekly bonus for consistently hitting your field activity and store visit milestones across the week.
  • Uncapped Commission: Once your weekly sales surpass the $5,000 milestone, you earn a flat 10% commission on every single dollar above that goal, with absolutely no cap.
  • Brand Stacking Bonus: Earn an instant $25 bonus every time you place a single order that includes 5 or more different brands. There is no limit on how many of these bonuses you can earn in a week.
  • Tier Advancement: This is just the starting line. As you establish your territory and consistently crush your sales targets, you can unlock higher contracting tiers with even larger bonus structures and elevated earning potential.
