What you'll do:

  • Perform residential electrical installations in accordance with local codes and company standards
  • Install, troubleshoot, and replace electrical panels, circuits, wiring, fixtures, outlets, switches, and related components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to complete installations accurately
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service on-site
  • Collaborate with apprentices and team members to complete projects on schedule
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and inventory
  • Identify additional electrical needs and educate homeowners on recommended solutions when appropriate
  • Complete required job documentation, photos, and system notes accurately
  • Participate in ongoing training and support company quality and safety initiatives

What Does It Take?

  • Valid Journeyman Electrical License in Michigan (Apprentices with 3+ years’ experience may be considered for service roles)
  • 3+ years residential electrical experience
  • Knowledge of MRC and NEC codes
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean background/MVR/drug screen
  • Ability to work independently or with a team

Pay:

  • Installers: $30.00-$45.00/hour depending upon experience
  • Sign-On Bonus: Potentially - Up to $10,000.00 for Journeyman or Master licensed plumbers
