Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Installer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for installing complete plumbing systems in residential and light commercial applications while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Our installers take pride in doing the job right, working safely, and representing the company professionally on every project.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install complete plumbing systems in residential and light commercial projects
  • Read and work from blueprints, specifications, and engineering drawings
  • Coordinate with General Contractors and job site leadership throughout projects
  • Ensure all work complies with local codes and company quality standards
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials, time, and work completed
  • Work independently while maintaining productivity and craftsmanship standards
  • Lead and support crews when needed on larger projects
  • Mentor and train apprentices and junior plumbers
  • Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols

What We're Looking For
  • Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in Michigan
  • 3+ years of Lead Plumber experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
  • Skilled with hand and power tools
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage both residential and commercial job responsibilities
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum age of 18 required
