Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Haley Mechanical is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Electrical Apprentice to join our growing Electrical Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice electrician who is looking to continue developing their skills alongside experienced professionals while building a long-term career.

What YOU Will Bring
  • 3–4 years of electrical apprenticeship experience required
  • Residential service and maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Active Apprentice Electrician registration/license (as required by state or local regulations)
What YOU Will Do
  • Perform residential electrical service, maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting under the guidance of licensed electricians as needed
  • Diagnose common residential electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Assist with the installation, repair, and replacement of electrical wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and related equipment
  • Conduct electrical safety inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Ensure work is completed in compliance with local codes and company standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while educating homeowners on electrical system needs and recommendations
  • Complete all required paperwork and job documentation accurately
