Position Overview
As an Account Manager โ€“ Signage, you will play an essential role in the success of each project. Youโ€™ll work closely with internal teammates and clients to coordinate all details related to the production and installation of signage, displays, and other branded environmental elements. Our client base includes healthcare, commercial/professional services, and hospitality businesses.This role is highly clientโ€‘focused and consultativeโ€”ideal for someone who enjoys visiting client sites, identifying needs, developing signage concepts, and managing projects from idea through installation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with an existing customer baseโ€”primarily healthcare accountsโ€”to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand client needs, propose solutions, and guide projects through completion.
  • Conduct frequent onsite visits to evaluate requirements, take measurements, and ensure project accuracy.
  • Participate in the development of interior and/or exterior signage concepts, scope, and budget.
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication.
  • Prepare proposals and present solutions professionally and confidently.
  • Oversee quality assurance and ensure client satisfaction for outgoing jobs.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal operations teams to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and quality.
  • Maintain organized records, client contact information, and followโ€‘up activities.
  • Support systematic estimate management and followโ€‘up processes.
Qualifications & Skills
