About the Role:
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to complete construction projects. Your expertise in GPS technology, civil utility installation, and blueprint reading will be essential to our success. This role also includes laborer work as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Operation: Operate dozers, graders, and excavators with precision.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints to guide project work.
  • Finish Grading: Perform finish grading for asphalt and other surfaces.
  • Grade Stakes: Understand and work with grade stakes.
  • Utility Installation: Install stormwater systems and watermains.
  • GPS Technology: Utilize GPS technology for accurate operation (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in heavy equipment operation.
  • License: CDL-A license is preferred.
