Our operations include 9 Buy Here Pay Here dealerships and MEI Auto Finance, offering customers an integrated vehicle purchasing and financing experience. With over 300 employees, we’re proud to deliver innovative, customer-first solutions across every stage of the ownership lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Install, repair, and service GPS tracking devices in vehicles for our dealerships and customers
  •  Diagnose technical issues and determine proper solutions
  • Follow manufacturer protocols and document all service and installation actions accurately
  • Conduct quality audits and troubleshoot errors or complaints
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports
  • Complete MEI-provided training on all production processes
  • Multi-task effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure operational efficiency and asset control
  •  Perform other duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous technical experience, automotive wiring, or mechanical knowledge preferred
  • GPS, radio, or accessory installation experience a plus
  •  Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Own basic mechanic hand tools (socket sets, wrenches, rechargeable tools, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license meeting MEI Auto Safety requirements
  • Ability to lift 25–100 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and reaching

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
  • Up to $20 per installed unit (high volume with strong earning potential)
