What We are Seeking in an ASSISTANT PARTS MANAGER:

• Dealership Parts Department Experience REQUIRED

• Parts Associate Experience for any Manufacturer Dealership is PREFERRED

• KIA or Hyundai Dealer Parts Experience is a HUGE PLUS (we will teach)

• Automotive Parts Knowledge

• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good Computer Skills

• Strong Customer Service & People Skills

• Must be Reliable, Punctual, and Motivated

• Dealer Track Experience/Knowledge is a PLUS

• KDealer Experience/Knowledge is a PLUS

What We are Seeking in a PARTS COUNTER SALES ASSOCIATE:

• Automotive Parts Knowledge is REQUIRED

• Experience in either an Auto Parts Retailer or Dealership Parts Department 

• KIA or Hyundai Parts Experience is a plus

• Good Sales Skills

• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good Computer Skills-We will teach Dealer Track & KDealer Software

• Strong Customer Service & People Skills

• Must be Reliable, Punctual, and Motivated
