  1. Position: Front line Project Production Coordinator & Client Relations
  2. Job Level: Entry to Middle Level
  3. Primary Location: 60 Trade Rd. in Plattsburgh but not limited too.
  4. Starting Date: TBA
  5. Full time types Non-Exempt
Job duties
  1. Customer service, reception, consultations, developing quotations and closing sales following our core Customer Service Philosophys.
  2. Client relationship and Coordination of the projects from Start to finish.
    • Intake & Follow up
    • Site visits & Estimating
    • Follow up & Closing process.
    • Material check
    • Design & Production layout
    • Sign making & Installation.
    • Quality control & Client notice
    • Close out paperwork.
  3. Sign & Graphic Design and Production layout and design for all companies.
  4. Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs.
  5. Proof reading and editing all documentation.
  6. Understand product used and how to use them in Production
  7. Supply tracking and ordering.
  8. To use our time tracking software daily
  9. Assist in maintaining company signage equipment.
  10. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area.
  11. Monthly departmental reporting if needed.
  12. Procedures and policies are the same for all companies.
  13. Other projects, jobs as needed.
Minimum qualifications
  1. Organized and detail-oriented and organized.
  2. Excellent communication and managerial skills
  3. 3 years or equal Project Production Coordinator
  4. Ability to embrace and encourage the team spirit and image using our Customer Service Philosophys
  5. High school diploma and formal design or sign making education.
  6. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  7. Must be able to withstand a reference check for credibility and a background check.
  8. Track record with a proven ability to win, close deals and lead a department.
  9. Energetic, expressive & pleasant personality
  10. Basic computer skills with ability to learn and implement systems related to sign making.
Preferred qualifications:
  1. Understanding of Company Sign layout philosophy
  2. 3 years or equal Project Production Coordinator production or Client management or operations experience
  3. Consultation or Sales experience and/or one year of supervisory experience or equal.
  4. Background in vinyl creation and application
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows based computer systems
  6. Expertise in using Adobe Design Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
