Two (2) weeks vacation annually, seven (7) personal days annually, employer contributions to health, dental, and vision insurance, and employer 401K match and profit sharing. Job Description The Install Coordinator is responsible for assisting the installation operational team with the overall planning, scheduling, management, and execution of custom signage projects and architectural fabrication installations, service, and maintenance. The Install Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the signage project installation, service, and/or maintenance in a manner that maximizes resources and supports departmental objectives while documenting and updating the client and relevant parties on key milestones along the way. The Install Coordinator checks all work continuously throughout the process and ensures effective communications and relationships between clients and project team members are maintained. The Install Coordinator is responsible for tracking and documenting the Install department's progress on each installation, maintenance, or service job and try to meet quoted installation budgets. Role Responsibilities
  • Follow and help advise on established installation policies and procedures
  • Receive and document all installation, maintenance, and service requests
  • Plan the installation, maintenance, and service schedule based on the project requirements, site conditions, and available internal resources
  • Liaise with departments to complete installation, service, or maintenance within specified time frames and keep within any quoted budget
  • As necessary, recommend alternate installation, service, and/or maintenance options and possible subcontracting avenues to the client or internal departments
  • Work with the Estimating department to ensure consistency in cost proposals for the installation and overall costs, based on engineered drawings and specifications
  • Ensure each in field installation and service crews have the appropriate materials needed to complete their job by verifying site conditions, sign dimensions, components, and cross reference them to the work orders and the production drawings
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among departmental colleagues and project teams, ensuring seamless coordination and information flow
  • At times, may physically assist in the staging of completed or to be repaired products so they are readily accessible by the in field installation and service crews
  • Provide inter-department feedback based on customer needs and market demands
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of signage industry experience managing projects. PMP certification, construction industry and/or manufacturing industry experience desirable.
