Join Priority Care Rehab's passionate team in a premier skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn, NY!
We're committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that helps residents regain their voice, improve cognition, and thrive. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to bring clinical excellence and heart to our supportive rehab environment.

  • Restore Communication: Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse adult populations.
  • Deliver Outcomes: Create and execute personalized therapy plans focused on voice, fluency, articulation, and dysphagia management.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to ensure cohesive, person-centered care.
  • Lead with Insight: Document effectively using Rehab Optima or SigmaCare, educate families and caregivers, and support smooth transitions in care.
Qualifications:
  • Active New York SLP license
  • SNF experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Rehab Optima and/or SigmaCare
  • Must be compassionate, patient-focused, and highly communicative
  • COVID-19 vaccination required per facility policy
