Job description

Excel at Woodbury for Rehab and Nursing has a Full-time opportunity for a qualified, dedicated Registered Nurse MDS Assessor.
Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate.
CPT approved site.

Requirements:
  • NYS Licensed RN with a minimum of 3 years experience, must be a detail-oriented, highly organized, dedicated professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Solid computer skills required, SIGMACARE experience preferred.
  • Has a working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments.
