As our company expands throughout southern Illinois, we’re seeking ambitious, relationship-driven Outside Sales Executives to help homeowners protect and enhance their properties while earning six-figure income potential.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage company-generated leads and create your own through referrals and local marketing.

  • Conduct roof and siding inspections for storm damage or retail improvement projects.

  • Prepare detailed estimates and guide homeowners through insurance or retail options.

  • Meet with insurance adjusters to verify and finalize scopes of work.

  • Build lasting customer and referral relationships in the Belleville area.

  • Represent Prrotect Roofing at networking events such as BNI, Chamber of Commerce, and HBA.

  • Partner with real estate agents, insurance professionals, and trade partners to expand referrals.

  • Request 5-Star Google Reviews and follow up with prospects consistently.

  • Help clients choose colors and materials and complete project contracts.

  • Attend weekly sales meetings for strategy, goal setting, and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience (roofing, construction, or home improvement preferred).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

  • Ability to learn and explain the insurance claims process.

  • Physically able to climb roofs and perform inspections.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented professional.

  • Team player with a positive, integrity-driven approach.

Performance Goals
  • Generate $108,000+ in monthly sales revenue.
