Join our team as a Siding Sales Representative and become a vital driver of growth in the exterior home improvement industry! In this role, you'll leverage your sales expertise to connect with homeowners, primarily selling James Hardie siding. Your passion for business development and customer service will help build lasting relationships, expand territory markets, and elevate our brand presence. This comission-based position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while making a tangible impact on clients’ homes and businesses.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, respond to leads as quickly as possible and set apointments/estimates
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to showcase siding options, emphasizing features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue.
  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness within assigned territories and attract new customers.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Go High Level to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while meeting company sales targets.
  • Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory expansion plans, and market analysis to optimize growth opportunities.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside Siding sales.
  • Helping people move forward with the project(closing)
  • Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-centric approach to foster long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer data.
