Overview:
Tubbs by Grubbs is looking for an outgoing, professional, and confident communicator to join our team as a Showroom Consultant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers-both on the phone and in our showroom-creating a positive and memorable experience from the very first interaction.
What You'll Do:
  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to homeowners interested in bathroom upgrades
  • Schedule free in-home consultation appointments
  • Welcome and engage walk-in customers in the showroom
  • Learn and confidently present our products to prospective clients
  • Overcome objections and guide conversations with confidence
  • Deliver a positive, professional first impression every time
