Epoch Sports is seeking a creative and driven Brand & Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role combines brand management fundamentals with hands-on content creation and social media execution. You'll have creative freedom to develop and produce engaging content that promotes Epoch Sports and our products across all platforms. This position leverages expertise in sports storytelling, athlete and influencer partnerships, and cross-platform content creation to elevate our brand presence. You'll collaborate with college athletic partners to create compelling content while representing Epoch Sports at trade shows and partner events nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Management Support
    • Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement indeed.com

    • Support product launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform brand decisions

    • Produce high-quality short-form and long-form content including photos, videos, Reels, and TikToks for all social platforms

    • Build and maintain relationships with college programs, athletes, and brand ambassadors
  • Events & Trade Shows

Required Qualifications

  • Strong video production and photography skills with experience in short-form and vertical video formats
  • Proficiency in content creation tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, CapCut
  • Experience with brand activations, athlete partnerships, and influencer marketing
  • Excellent sports storytelling abilities with understanding of cross-platform content strategies
