What You'll Do
As our Shop Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our field team by ensuring they have everything they need to provide exceptional service.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
  • Receive, organize, and stock plumbing materials and supplies.
  • Maintain clean, organized warehouse and storage areas.
  • Track inventory and replenish stock before shortages occur.
  • Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for technicians each morning.

Fleet & Equipment Coordination
  • Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for company vehicles.
  • Monitor vehicle registrations, inspections, and overall condition.
  • Inspect, organize, and perform basic maintenance on company tools and equipment.
  • Help keep the fleet clean, safe, and ready for daily operations.

Field Support
  • Deliver parts, materials, or equipment to active job sites when needed.
  • Assist technicians with equipment or logistics during busy periods.
  • Support daily operations wherever needed to keep projects moving.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment repairs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable lifting and moving materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Basic smartphone and computer skills for inventory tracking and communication.
  • Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screening.

  • Previous warehouse, automotive, construction, or plumbing industry experience.
  • Forklift experience (training provided if needed).
