Job description

Responsive recruiter
Green Window Cleaning Services, LLC | Sun Prairie, WI
Do you like clean vehicles, organized spaces, tools that work, and being the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps a team rolling? Green Window Cleaning Services, LLC is growing again, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on Shop Associate to join our team.
We're a premier window cleaning company specializing in large commercial and residential properties. While we're based in Sun Prairie, WI, our crews serve major commercial properties in Madison and Milwaukee, WI; Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN; and throughout the Midwest. Our field teams make the windows shine, and our shop team helps make sure they have everything they need to get the job done.
About the Role
As our Shop Associate, you'll help keep our vehicles, equipment, shop, and office areas running smoothly. This is a great position for someone who enjoys staying active, solving small problems, keeping things organized, and taking pride in a job well done.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll help inspect, clean, and maintain the vehicles our teams use every day. This includes making sure vehicles are fueled up, clean, ready to roll, and on schedule for service appointments.
You'll also help repair and perform routine maintenance on company equipment. Damaged equipment will need to be tracked, repaired, or replaced so our crews can work safely and efficiently.
In addition, you'll help keep the shop and office areas organized and tidy. Weekly cleaning will be part of the routine, and you'll communicate any supply needs to the office staff before we run out of the essentials. You'll also help tackle the daily laundry that comes back from our crews.
Basically, you'll be one of the key people making sure the whole operation stays clean, stocked, organized, and moving forward.
What We're Looking For
The right candidate will be dependable, organized, and willing to jump in where needed. You don't need to be a master mechanic, but you should be comfortable using tools, handling basic maintenance tasks, and keeping track of what needs attention.
A valid driver's license is required, since you'll be helping with company vehicles, fueling, and service appointments.
Schedule
This is a part-time position, Monday through Thursday, with the possibility of adding Friday for the right candidate.
Hours:
3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Monday-Thursday
Possible Friday hours available
Why Join Green Window Cleaning Services?
Because clean windows start with a clean, organized shop. You'll be joining a growing company with a strong reputation, a hardworking team, and plenty of moving parts to keep things interesting. No two days are exactly the same, and your work will directly support the crews representing Green Window Cleaning Services across the Midwest.
Apply Today
Ready to help keep the wheels turning, the tools working, and the shop shining? Green Window Cleaning Services, LLC is looking for a dependable Part-Time Shop Associate who takes pride in the details and enjoys being part of a growing team.
Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
