What You'll Do
  • Manage day-to-day body shop operations and workflow
  • Schedule and assign repair work to technicians
  • Monitor repair quality, cycle time, and productivity
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair updates
  • Prepare and review estimates and supplements
  • Work closely with insurance adjusters and vendors
  • Maintain proper inventory and order necessary parts and materials
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate body shop staff
  • Monitor department profitability, labor sales, and expenses
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist in developing marketing and customer retention strategies

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in collision repair and body shop management preferred
