Job description

Job Summary
ACT Aerospace is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Technician to join our logistics team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all outgoing orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, proficiency in using shipping software, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
*Order Fulfillment & Packing:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on packing slips and digital orders.
  • Inspect all items for quality and damage before packing to ensure 100% order accuracy.
  • Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, dunnage) to prevent damage during transit.
  • Securely pack items according to company standards and shipping regulations.

*Documentation & Logistics:
  • Generate accurate shipping labels using [Insert Software, e.g., FedEx ShipManager, UPS WorldShip, or SAP].
  • Prepare all necessary shipping documentation, including packing slips, commercial invoices, and BOLs (Bills of Lading).
