We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Shipping & Receiving / Inventory Control Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound shipments—primarily using FedEx—maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting material transactions and cycle counting activities. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with physical work, and proficient with basic office and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments with a strong emphasis on FedEx shipping procedures.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Execute material transactions accurately within inventory control systems.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
  • Maintain organized records related to shipments, inventory, and transactions.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) for tracking and documentation.
  • Work within D365 to manage inventory, transactions, and related data.
  • Safely handle materials, including repeated lifting of 20–25 lbs.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dock lifts.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety and company procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in shipping and receiving, with specific experience using FedEx.
  • Solid understanding of inventory control processes and systems.
  • Experience handling material transactions and cycle counting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of D365 (Dynamics 365).
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 20–25 lbs throughout the workday.
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack and dock lift.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
  • ERP system experience beyond D365 is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Repeated lifting of 20–25 lbs.
  • Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
  • Use of pallet jacks and dock lifts.
  • Forklift experience is not required.

Anticipated Earnings Range: $22 - $25/hour

The above pay range represents Quantum's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Pay within or outside of the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, knowledge/education, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.Â
