Product Support Coordinator/Inventory Coordinator

Hauppauge, NY
1st Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Contract: 6 months with potential extension

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Support Coordinator to join our team in Hauppauge, NY. In this role, you will support multiple warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and picking. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform shipping, receiving, picking, and stockroom duties as needed.

  • Support cycle counting and inventory management to maintain accurate records.

  • Prepare and package parts for shipment, including labeling and documentation.

  • Verify incoming materials and move them to the correct location.

  • Assist with stockroom operations including order fulfillment and storage.
