Job description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping / Receiving & Inventory Control Operator to support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, material movement, and shipment processing. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, product traceability, and overall warehouse efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesInventory Accuracy & Control
  • Maintain accurate inventory records between physical inventory and system inventory
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories as needed
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Record all inventory movements using RF scanners
  • Verify item numbers, quantities, lot codes, expiration dates, and locations during transactions
  • Escalate unresolved discrepancies when necessary
Receiving Operations
  • Verify inbound shipments against purchase orders
  • Perform 3-way verification between purchase orders, physical product, and system records
  • Receive materials using RF scanning equipment
  • Apply and verify product labels
  • Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
Shipping Operations
  • Verify outbound shipments against pick lists
  • Ensure 100% scan compliance during shipping processes
  • Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation procedures
  • Prevent incorrect or incomplete shipments
Warehouse & Material Handling
  • Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
  • Move and stage materials accurately using RF scanners
