Location: Northeast Houston, TX
Pay: $19.00$21.00 per hour, based on experience | Weekly Pay
Schedule: MondayFriday | 6:00 AM 4:00 PM

This is a hands-on role for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and experienced with forklift operation, shipping and receiving, inventory, and material handling.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values reliable attendance, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts and warehouse equipment
  • Pick, pack, stage, and prepare outbound shipments
  • Complete shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing slips
  • Move and organize materials throughout the facility
  • Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
  • Operate forklifts regularly in a heavy-use environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work outdoors approximately 70% of the time
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material-handling experience
  • Strong forklift operating experience required
  • Experience with loading, unloading, staging, and inventory
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation and warehouse procedures
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ lbs.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
