We are looking for a determined, high energy, well-organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk to work for a temporary period at our RTG Lab in Rochester, New York.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for tracking, entering, and researching information in current systems
  • Prepare material for shipping by weighing, packaging, stamping, and preparing necessary shipping forms such as invoices and shipping labels
  • Disinfect all incoming cases following laboratory safety processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and blog
  • Assemble and fill boxes with items that need to be shipped
  • Unload, sort, and prioritize incoming packages for case entry
  • Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
  • Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all shipping related activities
  • All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred
  • Basic Microsoft and computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
  • High attention to detail with the upmost accuracy is required
  • Understanding of general administrative policies and procedures
  • Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
