Shipping AssociatePosition Summary

Dupli Envelope & Graphics is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring products are delivered safely and on time. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in organization, and is committed to providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Verify orders for accuracy prior to shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build, wrap, and prepare pallets for LTL and freight shipments.
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments using established shipping procedures.
  • Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, and other departments to meet shipping schedules and customer deadlines.
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse, shelving, packing stations, and shipping supplies.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment and follow all company safety procedures.
  • Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization projects.
  • Document shipping and inventory information accurately.
  • Cross-train in other operational areas to support departmental needs and improve workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience preferred.
