Summary (Position Description): Responsible for providing hands-on leadership and direction to a team of Warehouse and Pre-Assembly employees, ensuring daily operations run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational goals. Oversees workflow planning, resource allocation, and performance management to maintain high levels of productivity and quality. Drives continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing processes, reducing operational costs, and enhancing overall throughput. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement standardized work practices, and support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.


Reports To: Supply Chain Manager


Status: Non- Exempt Contract


Pay Range: $50,000 - $85,000


Hours: Monday- Friday Full Time


As a Warehouse Manager, you will:

ยท Lead, train, and coach the warehouse team on root cause analysis / corrective actions for all inventory discrepancies

ยท Lead, train, and coach the warehouse team on necessary SAP transactions for financial controls

ยท Establish, modify, and audit all warehouse procedures & work instructions in order to drive inventory accuracy and accountability.

ยท Develop key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of all areas of responsibility

ยท Lead, train, and coach the warehouse team on inventory best practices including but not limited to: continuous cycle counting, inventory taking, warehouse flow & layout, Kanban,

ยท Support all internal customers for all required services

ยท Develop and mentor a robust warehouse team through hiring new employees and training existing employees

ยท Enforce all Company policies & procedures, time & attendance, etc.

ยท Write performance reviews for direct reports

ยท Drive Continuous improvement of existing Material processes

ยท Professional communications with Customers, Staff and Colleagues

ยท Adhere to department budget

ยท Establish & maintain accurate inventory records

ยท Support SAP training for the warehouse department and other departments as needed.

ยท Responsible to adequately qualify direct reports, evaluate effectiveness of training, and strategic cross training for continuous support of customers

ยท Manage fleet of fork trucks

ยท Lead and maintain the PIV training and licensing program

ยท Develop and maintain robust cleaning plans for the warehouse

ยท Develop, promote, and lead BITZERโ€™S company culture and core values

ยท Other duties as assigned by management

ยท This job is performed in a professional factory & office environment. This role routinely uses SAP, standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
