Job description

Aegis is currently partnering with a leading manufacturer to identify a Shipping Clerk to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Process BOLs, responding to Customer Service and Transportation, communicating pickup details with carriers, running reports
  • Ensure shipment information is accurate and communicated on time.
  • Take ownership of communication from start to finish.
  • Provide hands-on support in assisting drivers at the shipping window, helping warehouse employees with orders, reserving and allocating inventory, scanning product, and printing paperwork

Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years with administrative, clerical, shipping, logistics, or warehouse office experience
  • Strong computer skills, particularly email and basic reporting/data entry
  • Ability to wear multiple hats & pivot regularly - manage several orders, emails, and requests simultaneously
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
