Job description

Pay: Based on applicable Experience

Shift/Schedule: 1st Shift, 8:30 - 4:30pm

The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for organizing, processing, and coordinating the shipment and receipt of materials and finished goods while maintaining warehouse standards and ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Prepare and pack finished goods for customer orders.
  • Pack and process shipments for export to other facilities.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
  • Accurately manage orders, stock, and material movements using SAP.
  • Follow shipping instructions and documentation requirements precisely.
  • Perform finished goods inventory and cycle counts.
  • Complete daily freight spreadsheets and distribute to appropriate parties.
  • Coordinate with shipping companies for pickups and generate Bills of Lading (BOL) using platforms such as Kuebix.
  • Interpret and execute order instructions based on SAP documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse standards, organization, and safety protocols.
  • Operate forklifts, JLG lifts, and portable scanners as needed.
  • Continuously improve work environment focused on safety.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Safety compliance: Demonstrate a commitment to safety by adhering to OSHA standards. Maintains focus in potentially hazardous environments.
  • Physical abilities: Meet the physical demands of the role, including static pull strength of 84 lbs., push 60 lbs., lift 50 lbs.
  • Technical skills: Possess basic computer skills to operate production related software and maintain digital records. Forklift knowledge (stand-up and sit-down)
  • Continuous improvement: Maintain a process optimization

High School Diploma or GED.
2-3 years Shipping/receiving experience.
2-3 years UPS and FedEx Shipping Software experience.
Forklift/MHE experience required.
Familiarity with SAP/Microsoft Office is a plus.
CDL Certification a plus
