Shipping & Receiving Admin

SmartTalent Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Administrator to join our team for a client in Monroe, WA. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing system-based shipping and receiving processes, as well as supporting the physical movement of materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on team player who is equally comfortable working in an office setting and a warehouse environment.


LOCATION: Monroe, WA


SCHEDULE: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM


PAY: $20–$25/hour, DOE

JOB DUTIES:

·Process shipments and receipts accurately using internal software systems

·Physically receive, stock, package, and ship materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods

·Close jobs in the system upon completion

·Provide backup support for purchase order generation and customer order entry

·Scan and file documents for record-keeping

·Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

·Work both independently and collaboratively with the team

·Spend approximately 50% of time in the office and 50% in the warehouse or outdoor areas

REQUIREMENTS:

·High school diploma or equivalent.

·Prior experience in shipping, receiving, and/or purchasing

·Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

·Comfortable with both physical labor and administrative tasks

·Ability to self-direct and manage time effectively

·Bonus: Experience in inside sales or customer service
