Addison Group is partnering with a stable and growing manufacturing organization seeking a dependable Shipping Administrator to support daily logistics operations. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and make an immediate impact.
Job Description:
The Shipping Administrator will support daily shipping and logistics coordination in a fast-paced warehouse office setting. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with drivers, carriers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments
  • Prepare shipping paperwork including bills of lading and packing documentation
  • Assist with order allocation and shipment planning
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
  • Support cycle counts and biannual physical inventory processes
  • Provide backup support for additional logistics and inventory-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or transportation administration
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics or transportation systems preferred
  • Strong attendance record and reliability
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
