Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting warehouse functions by ensuring the accurate processing, coordination, and distribution of incoming and outgoing orders. This individual must be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of service and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Abide by facility rules and adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Consolidate, print, and organize incoming Oโ€™Reilly orders.
  • Assign orders to Order Selectors based on workload and schedule.
  • Verify accuracy and quality of prepared orders.
  • Coordinate order loading with Order Selectors at scheduled times.
  • Pull and ship promotional items as required.
  • Create and submit purchase requisitions for necessary supplies.

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse systems.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to complete company-provided training.
  • Experience with order processing and inventory systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the warehouse.
