Job Description:

We are looking for qualified and responsible Leads to manage all transactions with our customers efficiently and accurately.

A good job candidate is a person who knows their way around a cash register and can easily operate it. Along with being able to work the kitchen in a fast and efficient way. Their main responsibilities are making sure all transactions run smoothly, making sure guests get the best quality food and every customer is satisfied with the service. Ensuring all task are met on their shift. Excellent communication skills are paramount to help us continue to delight our customers and provide them with an outstanding experience.

A qualified candidate must also be able to follow instructions and be a successful member of our team. Previous experience is an advantage, and solid math and multitasking skills are a must.

Responsibilities of a Shift Lead:

  • Balancing and assigning cash registers
  • Daily inventory
  • Providing great customer service
  • Good communications skills
  • Processing returns and refunds and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ensuring cashiers are Upselling and providing great customer service.
  • Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
  • Ensure all food is of the best quality.
  • Managing quote times
  • Making sure all employees are doing their assigned task.
  • Make sure the store is up to Wingstop Inspections standards.
  • Following all company policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with POS systems and cash registers
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good math skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively resolve complaints.
  • Manager certification is a plus.
