Job description

We seek motivated Shift Managers/Leaders to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service. The Shift Leader's responsibilities include managing the assigned shift schedule, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash, and reporting issues to the manager.

To be successful as a Shift Leader, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, a top Shift Leader should be able to provide smooth and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer issues and employee disputes.
  • Oversee the restaurant's daily operations during your shift, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help them succeed.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring we always have the products to serve our customers.
  • They maintained a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring that all equipment was in good working order and that safety and sanitation standards were upheld at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring that each customer leaves satisfied.
