As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Embrace Shift Wellness, you will take a holistic approach to therapy that involves:

• Conducting assessments and establishing treatment plans that address the unique needs of couples and families.
• Facilitating both joint sessions for couples and individual counseling sessions to ensure comprehensive support.
• Managing a variety of issues, including but not limited to alcoholism, grief, domestic conflicts, communication challenges, and adjustment disorders relating to separation and divorce.
• Employing a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to family dynamics and individual experiences.
• Regularly monitoring and evaluating client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse populations, including:

• Couples navigating conflict, communication challenges, or transitional phases in their relationship.
• Families dealing with issues related to blended households, parenting conflicts, or sibling rivalry.
• Individuals facing personal crises, grief, or adjustment issues stemming from life transitions such as divorce or loss.
• Child and adolescent clients requiring specialized support for emotional and behavioral challenges.

The position requires:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A genuine passion for serving individuals and families and a commitment to clinical excellence.
