What is Sheraton Suites?

Sheraton Suites are a type of hotel property operated by the Sheraton Hotels & Resorts brand, which is part of Marriott International. These hotels typically offer larger, all-suite accommodations with separate living and sleeping areas, making them ideal for business travelers, families, or guests seeking extra space and comfort. Sheraton Suites properties also provide a range of amenities such as on-site dining, fitness centers, meeting rooms, and sometimes club lounges for upgraded experiences. The focus is on providing a comfortable and upscale stay with the convenience and service expected from the Sheraton brand.

What are the typical responsibilities of team members at Sheraton Suites, and how do they collaborate with other departments?

For example, front desk agents work closely with housekeeping to coordinate room readiness, while all team members may collaborate during events or busy periods to deliver seamless guest experiences.
